時靜佇於三明三暗，純然肉身與遙遠未知的事物相搏；有時僅在你、我和他之間，令言語本難碰觸的形上情感、美學信仰暫揉絲成線，可以編述表白。 成軍十六年的無垢舞蹈劇場，近年來多方嘗試於正式展演之外、與外界對話的可能，終積累為一內容多元的講座形式：「緩行中的漫舞」─沉緩了速度，而後有空間，能蘊涵四方靈魂情感晏舞。 講座將由無垢資深舞者示範，循藝術總監林麗珍獨創的身體基本訓練「靜、定、鬆、沈、緩、勁」，反覆雕塑身體之核心，並安頓一己心靈於正中，由此延展開舞作的選段。觀者將偕同經歷當下時空，靜而後動，動又復靜，在此難得的沉緩靜謐中，走入心靈深處，覓得生命的無限空間。尺寸山水，時空轉次，每一秒都是未知的旅程……

Standing still in calmness, three illuminated and three in darkness, using the body to express the contradictory emotions with things unknown. Sometimes, when the emotions of you, me and another are beyond language and words, our faith in art takes over – like making yarn out of silk filaments – clearly portraying the innermost thoughts.
Established for 16 years, the Legend Lin Dance Theatre has not only housed many formal performances but also developed a multi-faceted forum based on experiences accumulated from dialogue with the outside world: “The Leisurely Dance” portrays the act of slowing down, creating space to store spiritual thoughts from all around.
At the seminar, senior members of the dance troupe will present the basic body poses portraying ‘tranquility, stability, detente, calmness, graduality, strength’, a series of repeated twists and turns of the body – all specially developed by Art Director Lin Lee-chen. Having cultivated a central sense of calm with these poses, the dancers will create a dance sequence. The audience will be taken into a realm of unique experiences of quiet and stillness followed by motion; this sensation then reversed with the motion replaced by quiet. In this rare space of quietude, one wanders into the depths of one’s innermost being and finds that infinite space in life. Against the physical measures of life, time revolves and every second represents an unknown journey.
